Bruschette veloci da aperitivo - Valle del Crati

Say goodbye to the usual cheap appetizers and various chips and be inspired by these combinations: with our quick and easy recipes you prepare your own aperitif in less than half an hour. 

1. Dried tomatoes, fresh ricotta, figs molasses and capers: slice bread, spread some ricotta (or robiola) cheese, add chopped dried tomatoes, a few capers and a drizzle of molasses to close. 

2. Cream of turnip greens, smoked salmon and fig molasses: slice bread, toast it a few seconds with a toaster, spread cream of turnip greens, add sliced smoked salmon and finish with molasses. 

3. Artichokes cream and fig molasses: slice bread, spread artichokes cream and add a teaspoon of molasses.

Tips
You can choose the bread you like best: baguette, crouton, but also whole wheat or cereal bread is fine. If you prefer the crunch effect, it's best to toast the bread for a few seconds in the oven or toaster o, but don't let it harden too much. 

Add molasses just before serving the bruschetta, you can arrange them inside a nice tray or mixed cutting board, they will really look great!

This appetizer will be a perfect prelude to stimulate curiosity and appetite.
