Sweet mini tarts, perfect for breakfast or a snack,

Ingredients

250 g 0 flour

150 g butter
·
100 g sugar
·
2 large egg yolks
·
1 pinch of salt
·
Vanilla flavouring
·
1 apple
·
Extra clementine jam to taste
Method:
In a planetary mixer - mix all the ingredients until
you get a smooth dough, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge at least
1 hour before using.
By hand - put the flour, sugar and chopped butter left
out of the fridge for 30 minutes in a bowl, mix everything together quickly
with your hands and when a sanding has taken place add the egg yolks and the
flavouring and knead quickly until you have a smooth dough, cover with cling
film and leave in the fridge at least 1 hour before using it.
Form the tarts by placing a layer of shortcrust pastry
on the bottom of the moulds, fill with a layer of jam and the apple slices;
decorate with the shortcrust strips to form the typical tart grid.
Bake in a static oven 170/180° for about 20 minutes.
TIP: if you want to make a larger tart, it will take
about 30/40 minutes to bake.
