How are these polenta fingers prepared? The procedure
is really simple:
With the cooled polenta, form discs with a pastry
cutter and heat them up on a hot plate. As soon as they are ready, place them
on a serving plate and fill them as desired with antipasto vegetables such as
dried tomatoes and green olives for a vegetarian version.
