Linguine cremose al pomodoro - Valle del Crati

Forget long lists of ingredients and elaborate preparations. 


All it takes to create a mouth-watering first course is a little imagination and skill, as in this delicious recipe. 


A creamy and tasty dish prepared with our Pomodorossa that can be enjoyed in less than half an hour. Open your pantry and check if you have everything you need!  

Ingredients x 2 persons
- 200 g linguine
- 300 g of red tomatoes
- 100 g fresh ricotta
- Grated rind of 1 organic lemon
- Fresh chives to taste
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste  

Method:
1. Cook the linguine: Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the linguine according to the time indicated on the package. 


2. Prepare the sauce: In a frying pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and add the tomato puree. Cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

4. Season the pasta: Drain the linguine al dente and transfer directly to the pan with the sauce. Stir well to amalgamate the flavours. 

5. Serve in style: Distribute the linguine on plates, add a generous grating of lemon zest and complete with chopped fresh chives.
